Very nice! Be really careful storing it uncovered, as many trailers like this have been stored inside and tend to leak if left in the weather. If you notice ANY discoloration or rippled paneling, that's a sign of water damage, especially inside the walls.

Wow! If all of us could be so lucky. The interior images are wonderful The condition of your trailer is more the exception than the rule.
I can't see any water intrusion in your trailer viewing on my phone.
You are very lucky. Heed Vix suggestion about leaving it out. I hope you have some sort of cover for it
Nice nice trailer.
Cheers,
Rod

Unfortunately, there is a little water damage that I will need to do some fixing on, but not too bad. It will be stored under cover, until I can figure out exactly how I want to reseal everything. Don't think I want to go quite to the extreme by peeling the metal back & laying down new butyl tape. What is the next best thing to use to re-seal the seams on the top, around the windows & other areas on the exterior walls?

It looks so much like a holiday rambler. Which. Leads to my next question, who made Concord and who made Holiday Rambler. (Vintage NOT today).they look so much alike .

jeremiah....from my research, Conestoga Concord trailers were made in Elkhart, Indiana by Champion Home Builders Company Fleet.

You don't have to peel any metal back if you don't want to but you MUST reseal all the windows vents and doors in order to keep her in this condition. New putty tape is a must.

You will need new putty at the doors, windows and the edging. Goop and caulk type sealants do not work and could cause damage, especially roof goop.

Did I catch this correctly in one of your other posts... you are going to use this trailer as an ice fishing shack ?

I read that this same new member in posts uses it as a ice fishing shack instead of a summer camper .

Ouch, where I live ice fishing doesn't exist but I assume you cut holes in the floor for fishing. Danny

Someone builds ice fishing structures. I remember seeing that somewhere before. May have been here.
